Function/Business Area: Business Operations

Location: JC Home Sales Team 2,Nagpur 2 - Hingna Wadi Road,Maharashtra

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire and on board customer in assigned territory

• Responsible for customer document & Order Collection

• Obtain building permissions

• Drive Customer Engagement and Experience

 

Education Requirement :  10+2/Diploma(Full time)

Experience Requirement: 1 - 5 years

2. FTTx Engineer

 

Function/Business Area: Engineering & Technology


Location: CMP_Nagpur-2,Nagpur-2,Maharashtra

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for field operations and maintenance of FTTx network

• OLT, ODN Network HOTO within SLA

• Corrective and Preventive Maintenance

• Plan , monitor and control spares material, TMI and Tools requirement & availability as per design norms for assigned Scope, Calibration of TMI.

• Resolve  issues assigned to O&M

• Coordination, supervision and technical support to FRT and Technician

• Liaising with local authority/building owners etc.

• Interface and coordination with cross functional teams (Consruction, Home Care, Business, MSP etc)

• Material related activities.

 

Education Requirement: BE/B Tech Electronics


Experience Requirement: 4 - 7 years

 

Skills & Competencies:

• Hands on experience of Splicing, OTDR, LSPM and cable locator

• Fiber Network O&M Experience

• O&M of Transmission/IP Network equipments

• Good Knowledge of Fiber Optics communication

• Basic knowledge of Transmission/DLC/OLT equipment's

• Good communication Skill

• Analytical and problem solving skill #LI-SH1

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters

• Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer

• Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
